EVERY PARENT INSPIRED TO CONTRIBUTE
For those new to EPiC, we do not engage our children in fundraising item sales. We don't sell trash bags; we don't sell coupon cards or chocolate bars. Instead, we ask our families at the beginning of each school year to contribute through our Every Parent Inspired to Contribute fundraising campaign.
The PTA has set a goal to raise at least $7,500 this year to meet the annual needs of the PTA.
Your involvement and support provide active learning and community-building experiences and help make the year for students even more EPiC!
All contributions are 100% tax deductible and may also be corporately matched. EPiC PTA welcomes donations from parents, friends, and family members.
Donations may be made online through our PTA store. If you cannot donate online, you may send a check to the school, payable to EPiC Elementary PTA.
You aren't required to join the PTA to donate, but we'd love to have you!
How can you support the pta?
DONATIONS
Donating to our Every Parent Inspired to Contribute fundraising campaign is a great way to support our PTA monetarily. We only hold one fundraiser during the year (and even that is new!). The PTA sets an annual goal to raise at least $7,500 to provide for the annual PTA needs mentioned above.
Your involvement and support provide active learning and community-building experiences and help make the year even more EPiC for students!
ANNUAL RUN-A-THON (Monster Mash Dash)
Supporting your student in our annual run-a-thon is one of the best ways to help our PTA!
All money raised by this event is used to benefit students and teachers, including funding field trips, purchasing equipment, organizing classroom experiences, hosting PTA-sponsored events (such as Field Day and Family Fun Night), inviting guest speakers and more!
The first ever run-a-thon (Monster Mash Dash) Fundraiser took place in October of the 2022-2023 school year, and it was a SMASHING success! Our goal was to raise $7,500, but in our inaugural year, we smashed that goal, raising almost $19,000! The success of this fundraiser convinced us that the run-a-thon should become one of our annual PTA events.
RESTAURANT/SPIRIT NIGHTS
Our amazing Restaurant/Spirit Nights Committee is responsible for organizing several restaurant nights, typically at least one per month. When you dine out on any of these special nights, a portion of the sales from that venue is given back to EPiC Elementary PTA.

CASEY'S REWARDS
If you're a member of Casey's Rewards, you can turn your points into a donation to EPiC Elementary!
Not a Casey's rewards member? Sign up and start earning points on all your purchases (in-store, online, or at the pump).
HY-VEE DOLLARS FOR SCHOLARS (Liberty Hy-Vee)
For every $150 spent on groceries, Hy-Vee will donate $1.00 to the PTA up to $1500 each school year!
Parents, grandparents, friends, staff members, business partners, etc., can all participate. Simply shop at the Liberty Hy-Vee, collect receipts and submit them to the mailbox in the office.
BOX TOPS
Box Tops is an easy way to help earn cash for our school. Look for the Box Tops logo on hundreds of products. Each one is worth 10 cents!
